Skip bin hire West Footscray
A West Footscray renovation can generate waste at several different stages. Removing old fittings, receiving new materials and finishing the job may not happen on the same day. Planning the skip around the main waste-producing stage can make the standard hire period easier to use.
Compare waste categories and starting prices
| Waste category | Available sizes | Price incl. GST |
|---|---|---|
| Household | 2–30m³ | From $330.00 |
| Light builders | 2–30m³ | From $385.00 |
| Heavy builders & excavation | 2–8m³ | From $385.00 |
Ask what the strip-out will produce
Before booking, ask anyone doing the work which materials they expect to remove. Cabinetry and packaging are different from tiles, bricks and concrete, which cannot enter a light waste load. Heavy mixed waste options are 2–8 m³. Do not assume a small room produces only light waste because its overall footprint is modest.
Agree on a workable position
Check how trades, household members and deliveries will pass the skip. Tell GetBins if access is shared or a gate must remain usable. Include overhead obstructions and parked vehicles in the discussion. Final placement depends on whether the delivery truck can reach and service the proposed position safely.
Keep late waste within the plan
Standard hire is 3–5 days, with Monday–Saturday scheduling subject to confirmation. Ask about timing before relying on the skip for later work. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Your exact West Footscray address, waste type, access and required dates are needed to confirm service availability and a price.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.
Before you book
GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
Our yard is at 135 Kenning Road, Tarneit VIC 3029. We welcome enquiries across our listed Melbourne areas, including extended delivery locations, with each address and schedule checked by the team.
