Skip bin hire Docklands
For a Docklands apartment or commercial clear-out, the first question is often where the skip could be placed and serviced. Before choosing a size, identify who controls the proposed space and how waste will travel from the property. GetBins must confirm the exact address and truck access before service can be arranged.

Coordinate with the person managing access
If a building manager or owners corporation controls loading areas, gates or shared space, discuss your proposed arrangements with them first. Tell GetBins about any access windows and overhead restrictions. Do not assume a vehicle loading bay, basement or available-looking space can accommodate a skip truck; placement requires an assessment of the actual route.
List the items leaving the building
Bulky household items and office contents can fill space differently from bagged waste. Describe the accepted items and check anything uncertain. Household and light options are within 2–30 m³, with no 10 m³ stock. Soil, bricks, concrete, rocks, asphalt and tiles cannot go in light waste; heavy mixed options are 2–8 m³.
Align the loading window and hire period
Standard hire is 3–5 days, with Monday–Saturday scheduling subject to confirmation. Check that building access and loading help fit the agreed dates. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Service from the Tarneit yard, the proposed placement, schedule and price all require confirmation for your Docklands address.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.
Before you book
GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
