Skip bin hire North Melbourne
For a North Melbourne renovation, determine where the waste will wait and how a truck could reach the proposed skip position before demolition begins. Shared access or a tight work area can affect the plan. GetBins needs the exact address and actual access details to assess service for your project.
Compare waste categories and starting prices
| Waste category | Available sizes | Price incl. GST |
|---|---|---|
| Household | 2–30m³ | From $330.00 |
| Light builders | 2–30m³ | From $385.00 |
| Heavy builders & excavation | 2–8m³ | From $385.00 |
Confirm the strip-out material list
Ask your contractor whether the removal includes tiles, bricks, concrete or other dense materials as well as cabinetry and packaging. Soil, rocks and asphalt are also excluded from light waste loads. Heavy mixed options are available in the 2–8 m³ range; the right booking depends on what will be loaded, not simply the room count.
Coordinate the position with everyone using the property
If access is shared, discuss the proposed bin location with the relevant people before arranging delivery. Keep routes needed for trades and incoming materials in mind. Tell GetBins about gates, overhead obstructions and parked vehicles so the truck's delivery and collection needs can be checked against the planned position.
Keep the load and timeline controlled
Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Standard hire is 3–5 days, with Monday–Saturday scheduling subject to confirmation, so align the main removal work with the booking. GetBins operates from 135 Kenning Road, Tarneit; service availability, suitable access, the agreed schedule and price require confirmation for your North Melbourne address.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.
Before you book
GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
Our yard is at 135 Kenning Road, Tarneit VIC 3029. We welcome enquiries across our listed Melbourne areas, including extended delivery locations, with each address and schedule checked by the team.
