Describe the refit rather than a generic business load
List shelving, fixtures, packaging and any wall or flooring material being removed. Commercial waste is not one uniform category, and uncertain items need office assessment. Light waste excludes bricks, concrete, soil, rocks, asphalt and tiles; heavy mixed options range from 2m³ to 8m³. If the project combines demolition with a furniture clear-out, explain both parts before choosing a size or planning how to load it.
Coordinate the bin with deliveries and customers
If a service yard or loading area is proposed, identify other vehicles using it and who can arrange access. Provide details of gates, overhead obstacles and the truck approach. Keep entrances, pedestrian routes and required work areas usable. An existing delivery bay does not automatically establish suitability for a skip-bin truck, so the proposed arrangement still needs confirmation from the office.
Align the booking with the removal stage
Separate the timing of dismantling from the arrival of new stock or fittings. Standard hire is 3–5 days and operations run Monday–Saturday; confirm dates before relying on a particular collection. Nominate someone who understands which items are being discarded so new materials are not loaded by mistake. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited; discuss any unfamiliar workshop or trade waste separately.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.

GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
