Decide what can be moved safely
A courtyard project might include old storage units, outdoor furniture and accumulated household clutter. List larger pieces before bagging the smaller rubbish, and explain whether they can be dismantled safely. Do not assume that a small outdoor area means a small waste volume. Photographs of the pile and an item list give the office a clearer basis for discussing household or light-waste options.
Check the passage as well as the placement
If everything must travel through a gate or internal passage, plan that route before delivery. Keep doorways usable and avoid stacking material where it blocks other residents. Send the office details of the driveway or other proposed placement, including gates and overhead obstacles. A bin cannot be promised inside a courtyard simply because the waste is located there; truck access needs confirmation.
Describe anything left from earlier building work
Loose pavers, broken tiles, soil and concrete cannot be treated as light waste alongside outdoor furniture. Heavy mixed bins range from 2m³ to 8m³; household and light categories offer sizes from 2m³ to 30m³. Ask which arrangement fits your combined job. Standard hire is 3–5 days with Monday–Saturday operations. Keep asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres separate because they are prohibited.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.

GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
