Count demolition materials separately
Tiles and concrete can make a relatively small bathroom load unsuitable for a light-waste bin. Describe floor and wall tiles, any screed or masonry, and the fixtures you intend to remove. Heavy mixed bins are available in the 2m³–8m³ range. Give the office a realistic list rather than assuming that the smallest room in the house always needs the smallest bin.
Coordinate several trades with one loading plan
Ask the trades involved when their waste will actually be ready to remove. A plumber, tiler and cabinet installer may work on different days, so one hire period may not cover every stage. Standard hire is 3–5 days with Monday–Saturday operations. Confirm the intended loading window with the office before scheduling delivery, and ask about revised arrangements if the work sequence changes.
Keep the position useful for the whole project
Explain where the truck would approach, where the bin could stand and which access routes the trades will still need. Include gates, overhead obstacles or shared driveway arrangements in the enquiry. Keep packaging apart from dense rubble until the waste category is confirmed. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. If older material is unidentified, have it assessed before disturbing or loading it.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.

Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
