Include the layers beneath the surface
Tell the office what pavers or surfacing will be removed and whether the work also involves concrete, soil, rocks or other base material. Dense waste is not judged only by how much space it appears to fill. Light bins exclude soil, bricks, concrete, rocks, asphalt and tiles; heavy mixed bins range from 2m³ to 8m³. Ask for an assessment before choosing capacity or mixing in unrelated garden clutter.
Plan the truck position before disturbing access
If the area being removed forms part of the driveway or route to the proposed bin position, explain the order of work in advance. Provide photographs of the approach and details of gates, slopes, surfaces and overhead obstacles. Do not assume the truck can use newly disturbed ground. The office must confirm a workable arrangement that remains available for both delivery and collection.
Coordinate excavation and loading within the hire
Arrange the main removal stage for the confirmed booking window. Standard hire is 3–5 days with Monday–Saturday operations, so check contractor availability before requesting dates. Keep vegetation and other outdoor items separately described until the waste category is settled. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited; if digging or clearing exposes unidentified material, stop and seek appropriate advice before adding it to the load.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.

GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
