Split the estimate by what is leaving
List cabinetry, furniture and packaging separately from demolition material. If the project removes tiled surfaces, masonry or concrete, those materials cannot go in light waste. Soil, rocks and asphalt are also excluded. Heavy mixed bins range from 2m³ to 8m³, while household and light-waste sizes span 2m³ to 30m³. Ask the office to review the combination before selecting a bin for the entire renovation.
Reserve a route for new fittings
The same driveway or access area may be needed for the waste bin, trade vehicles and deliveries of replacement cabinets or furniture. Explain the intended sequence, gates, overhead obstacles and proposed truck approach. Keep retained furnishings separate from demolition piles and leave household entry usable. The most convenient position for loading today may need to remain accessible for another stage during the same hire period.
Match the hire to confirmed trade dates
Standard hire is 3–5 days with Monday–Saturday operations. Check when the main strip-out will actually occur before asking for delivery, and confirm collection against the next installation stage. If the project changes, speak with the office about the booking rather than assuming an extension or immediate replacement. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited; any unidentified older material needs assessment before it is disturbed or loaded.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.

GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
