Describe the structure and what supports it
List the boards, framing and other materials you expect to remove, noting any uncertain treatments or coatings for office assessment. Then describe footings, pavers or soil separately. Concrete, bricks, tiles, rocks, asphalt and soil are excluded from light waste. Heavy mixed sizes range from 2m³ to 8m³, so the waste category should be settled before choosing capacity for the whole outdoor project.
Plan how long material will be moved
If the dismantled structure contains long pieces, consider how they will leave the work area safely. Tell the office about side gates, steps and the proposed carrying route as well as the truck approach. Do not assume a rear position is accessible just because it is close to the work. Keep household entry and other necessary access usable while material is being staged for loading.
Coordinate removal before new materials arrive
A new deck or landscaping installation may need the same driveway or delivery space as the bin. Sequence these stages around confirmed dates, using the standard 3–5-day hire period and Monday–Saturday operations as the starting point. Ask the office if the project schedule changes. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited; inspect stored garden or shed items before adding them to the load.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.

GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
