Skip bin hire Bentleigh
A Bentleigh garage conversion may begin with stored household items and continue into building work. Plan those stages before choosing a skip. GetBins welcomes extended enquiries from Tarneit, with address, access, available schedule and total price confirmed by the office.
Compare waste categories and starting prices
| Waste category | Available sizes | Price incl. GST |
|---|---|---|
| Household | 2–30m³ | From $330.00 |
| Light builders | 2–30m³ | From $385.00 |
| Heavy builders & excavation | 2–8m³ | From $385.00 |
Clear stored items with a defined list
Decide what will be kept, passed on and discarded before estimating a household load. Include workbenches, shelving and other large pieces as well as loose contents. Check for prohibited batteries, tyres, liquid paints, mattresses and asbestos. Keep those out of the loading area and arrange another disposal route so they are not mixed in during the clear-out.
Assess construction waste as its own stage
If the conversion removes concrete, brickwork or tiles, tell the office before selecting a builders category. Light builders bins exclude these materials along with soil, rocks and asphalt. Heavy builders and excavation bins range from 2m³ to 8m³. The correct arrangement depends on the actual material, so do not assume the household bin can absorb later demolition waste.
Check how the driveway will be used
The garage entrance may also be needed by trades and incoming supplies during the work. Explain the proposed bin position, vehicle approach, gates and overhead obstacles. Standard hire is 3–5 days, with delivery and collection Monday–Saturday. If the clear-out and conversion occur at different times, discuss separate stages and availability before relying on one continuous hire.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.
Before you book
GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
Our yard is at 135 Kenning Road, Tarneit VIC 3029. We welcome enquiries across our listed Melbourne areas, including extended delivery locations, with each address and schedule checked by the team.
