Skip bin hire South Yarra
For a South Yarra apartment clear-out, confirm the route and loading arrangements before selecting delivery dates. GetBins accepts extended enquiries from its Tarneit yard, with the exact address, vehicle access, available schedule and total price checked by the office.

| Waste category | Available sizes | Price incl. GST |
|---|---|---|
| Household | 2–30m³ | From $330.00 |
| Light builders | 2–30m³ | From $385.00 |
| Heavy builders & excavation | 2–8m³ | From $385.00 |
Start with the building arrangements
If you need a lift, loading area or shared entrance, ask the building contact which arrangements apply to your clear-out. Include any approved hours and access restrictions in your enquiry. The delivery truck's approach needs its own assessment; a basement parking space or loading bay should not be assumed suitable simply because residents can use it.
Estimate furniture and loose contents together
List the largest furniture pieces and the smaller items being discarded. Household bins range from 2m³ to 30m³, but a bin's volume does not translate directly into a furniture count. Ask about dimensions when comparing options. Mattresses are prohibited, so organise another disposal arrangement if a bedroom is part of the clean-up.
Align the people doing the loading
Arrange help and building access around the requested hire period rather than expecting the bin to wait indefinitely. Standard hire is 3–5 days, with Monday–Saturday delivery and collection. Keep the agreed position and approach available until collection. If no suitable private position is available, identify the proposed alternative and check its requirements before treating placement as approved.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.
Before you book
GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
Our yard is at 135 Kenning Road, Tarneit VIC 3029. We welcome enquiries across our listed Melbourne areas, including extended delivery locations, with each address and schedule checked by the team.
