Skip bin hire Caulfield North
Updating a kitchen and laundry in Caulfield North can bring two different removal schedules together. Give GetBins the full plan when enquiring. Our Tarneit office confirms extended-area addresses, delivery access, available dates and the total price before the booking proceeds.
Compare waste categories and starting prices
| Waste category | Available sizes | Price incl. GST |
|---|---|---|
| Household | 2–30m³ | From $330.00 |
| Light builders | 2–30m³ | From $385.00 |
| Heavy builders & excavation | 2–8m³ | From $385.00 |
Combine the material lists, not assumptions
Ask the people removing each room to identify cabinetry, benchtops, floor coverings, tiles and any concrete or brickwork. Light builders bins cannot contain soil, bricks, concrete, rocks, asphalt or tiles. The office can assess the waste category from a clear list; describing everything as kitchen waste may hide the heaviest parts of the job.
Check whether one hire covers both stages
If the two rooms are being stripped on different weeks, a single standard hire may not suit the schedule. Standard hire is 3–5 days, with delivery and collection Monday–Saturday. Explain the planned sequence and discuss any extra time or separate deliveries before requesting dates. Neither an extended stay nor a replacement bin should be assumed to be included.
Leave space for new cabinets and fixtures
Consider how the skip, trades' vehicles and incoming supplies will share the property entrance. Send the proposed position, gate and overhead restrictions with your enquiry. Nominate a contact who understands both rooms' schedules and can resolve access questions. If the removal scope changes, update the office before mixing additional heavy material into the bin.
Placement on public land
If private-property placement is not possible, ask our office before selecting a road or nature-strip position. Check the permissions and placement conditions that apply to the exact address with the relevant authority. Submitting a booking request does not issue a permit.
Before you book
GetBins operates Monday–Saturday. Asbestos, mattresses, liquid paints, batteries and tyres are prohibited. Prices and allowances depend on the selected waste category. Our office confirms your exact address, access, available dates and total price before payment; an online request is not yet a confirmed booking.
Our yard is at 135 Kenning Road, Tarneit VIC 3029. We welcome enquiries across our listed Melbourne areas, including extended delivery locations, with each address and schedule checked by the team.
